Welcome! I'm Daniel aka Causal.
I’m a live music photographer turned Twitch streamer. As I get closer to my 40s, I realized I’m just kind of bored with the current gaming landscape. Everything feels like a copy of a copy, and I wanted something different. So, at the start of 2026, I enrolled in Zenva Academy to learn how to code my own games from the ground up.
I’m completely new to this, but I have a strict philosophy for what I'm building: games should be fun, and they shouldn't break the bank.
The Game Plan:
- Demos: Early builds and prototypes will live right here on Itch.io.
- Full Releases: Finished projects will eventually head to Steam, Epic, and GOG.
- The Pricing Rule: A finished game shouldn't cost a fortune. I’ll never price a completed project higher than $15 (roughly an hour of minimum wage).
You’ll find my early demos right here on Itch.io. When my full games eventually launch on platforms like Steam, Epic, or GOG, they will never cost more than an hour of minimum wage—$15 max.
